The Client

Founded in 2012, Creative Science was launched to identify and alleviate existing pet and livestock care gaps within the animal health industry. 

 

Through investments and trusted partnerships, Creative Science is a gateway for veterinarians, pet owners, and livestock producers to access the care products they need that aren’t readily available in the marketplace.

The Project

Creative Science approached HALCON Marketing with the goal of growing brand awareness and establishing their D2C products in a competitive, e-commerce marketplace. Achieving success in the veterinary market, they were looking to grow their product offerings in the pet owner retail space.

The HALCON team conducted an in-depth audit of all consumer-facing products and offerings, including positioning, messaging, and consumer perception, for both Creative Science and competitor products. After an extensive market and audience analysis, HALCON built a strategic, actionable core messaging guide, including individualized product sheets with messaging specific to their target audience.

With the new target audience identified and renewed product positioning and messaging completed, HALCON refreshed and rebuilt the Creative Science website to engage both pet and livestock owners and veterinary professionals. Navigation was simplified for an intuitive user experience that drives traffic to the purchase avenues they seek.
